We’ve put many complex systems in place to simplify and give us part of our 168 hours back. Only to complicate and distract.

Think of one thing per week that could be easier. Take how you approach it. Throw that process in the trash. And start with the simplist form. Don’t add back in anything else.

What do you get back? 10 minutes? Better attitude?

Use that to feel 5 % better (10 is 5% of 168 and not insignificant, think about that in terms of salary bump or increase ROI in a deal).
