Designing Equity for the Person and the Community

I came across this while doing some research. I thought it was brilliant. Highly useful and transferable to more that just the subject at hand I was trying to learn about.

Applicable and scalable.

To be equitable with others we have to be equitable with ourselves first. We have to look inward. Loosen up on you also. We are all brutal with the self talk.

I will not try here to give a guide. And I hope the authors of my muse don’t mind me using there thoughts.

But this did speak to me as an excellent foundational thought to developing the person. Then the community and beyond.

Of course, be careful not to get so focused on enlightenment that you forget about everyone else. I’m pushing self-help tyranny.
