Is building a business any different?
There is an endurance to everything. We want a sprint. And then GLORY!!!! Riches!!!!
A business is not going to stand still as Pressfield says about novels. But draft 1 is not the finish line either.
Draft one is going to error-riddled. May not be in your true voice. May lack the Concept and Theme you are going for.
In 5-years though, if you have been compelling. Draft 5 is going to read spectacularly differently than #1.
Patience is needed to get the pay-off you are seeking.
